'Reset to track' functionality in Clubs mode

As of now during stage you can reset your car position at any moment by simply pausing game and pressing 'Reset to track' which will give you penalty, usually 5 sec. Shouldn't this option be only available when car is at full stop? We see prompt to reset car position when car is fully stopped and you can press shortcut button, but it seems kind of wrong that you can reset via pause / reset to track when is still moving. Especially this can give advantage in Clubs mode. One player doesn't use this option and does collide with obstacle and take car damage or tyre puncture and other player resets his car before collision, does not get any car damage or tyre puncture and gets away with just 5 sec penalty, in long run first player will have slower car speed, worse car handling due to received damage / 1.30 min penalty for tyre change. Other good example is on rally events where by falling off road you get terminal damage and will get DNF status for the rest of event, for example like in Acropolis Rally Greece. First player while falling off road will press pause and 'Reset to track' and gets 5 sec penalty and continues to drive, second player falls off, doesn't use reset to track option and gets DNF for that event. Won't it make more sense to limit this and allow resetting car position in Clubs mode only when car is fully stopped? Or maybe add toggle that can be turned on and off to allow/disallow car reset when car moves in Club settings similar to allowing assists and tuning? I understand this option for single modes, but for multiplayer it kind of ruins competitive aspect of game. Should then Club organizers tell everyone that they are allowed to cheese using this functionality (not to fall off and get DNF, not to collide with tree/wall/house etc and not get car damage) or tell them not to use, but even then you will need to check every tournament participant's onboard recording/racenet website trajectories where penalties occurred and decide later how to penalize those players? What do you guys think? Maybe here are other Club organizers, how do you manage this moment in your Clubs?

It would be great to have a 'no resets' option. Drive yourself out of the trees (if you can). If you go too far off (beyond the cut off line) or off a cliff, then its retirement from that stage. Some rally jeopardy to factor into how much to risk
