Snow in winter rallys?

Should locations like Finland, Estonia, Japan have snow in winter? I've tried creating multiple rallies in these locations in winter but nothing, Estonia even had wild flowers in winter!

It appears they have snow in the summer 🤭

Career mode - season 01. There are also snow events in scandinavia (season 02) in may and september, which is very unusual time for snow. 🙄

@RolkaWRC I think Sweden and Norway are stuck on winter, you can't select season, which is strange since all others you can. Would be very nice to be able to do summer versions of these stages.
