suggestion: in VR enable steering wheel and arms in all interior views

currently, in VR it is not possible to activate the steering wheel and arms in all interior views, but the pilot view has camera shake, even if the shake camera slider is at zero, which is not ideal in VR, the dashbord and cokpit view do not have not this shake but it is not possible in these 2 views to activate the steering wheel and/or the virtual arms, please allow this option
