Time Trial Improvements

Some suggestions to Time Trial a bit more interesting:

The option to select tires
The option to select time of day
The option to select a season
Actual rain when selecting a wet stage
An option to get thrown into a random car/stage combo (maybe with a parameter where you can set a maximum stage length)
Have an option to show the leaderboard ranking per car, as car within the same class can be really different and (as the should be) are not subjected to BOP.

I am also not sure why there are 2 "TARGET TIME" options below the SETUP TIME TRIAL option that basically do the same. Maybe replace one of them with the RANDOM option as mentioned above.

With the ghost more than often not being transparent enough when right in from the Ghost On/Off toggle should be mappable to a button.

@RekiotsuYes, this is why it should have the finish where you have to drive to the marshal, like we have in moments.

On Racenet it should also show the total time of all stages for each rally when a driver has set a time in a specific class on all stages (maybe even wet and dry combined) within the location.

- With damage being really light maybe at least show if a stage was clean and if not how many crashes similar to what Dirt 2.0 has on Racenet.

- Monte Carlo ice stages.
