I noticed something that might be a separate issue, but still grip related:
When going over a crest/hump, the grip is decreased. This feels natural. When diving into the bottom of a dip / between crests however, the grip seems perhaps even excessive, except for RWD cars. With them that exact moment can cause an instant oversteer. The career car test drive stage (Portugal, don’t know the name) is a great example. There’s a tight right in a dip at the first half of the stage that always does this. I have yet to clear the turn with any kind of dignity on a RWD, although I practiced it quite a few times. And I am no beginner.
