Unlink Steam Account from Banned EA Account
I created this account one year ago when someone told me about EA Racenet. I only play the Dirt Rally series from Codemasters and created this account in anticipation of the future game WRC. I have never played under this account, so I was extremely surprised when, one week ago, I received a message after logging in stating: "Your account has been disabled." I did not receive any information explaining why my account was banned, as indicated on the "Get information about your account lock, ban, or suspension" page.
> We’ll ban players who break our User Agreement. If you’ve got a lock, ban, or suspension on your EA Account, for a specific game, or for your device, we’ll let you know you via email.
Yes, I checked my spam folder. As you can see for yourselves, there are numerous similar issues of account bans without reasons that can be found through a simple Google search. I have attempted to dispute this issue in My Ban History multiple times (Case: 154252022, 154283019, 154337256, 154489488, 154515661, 154515884), kindly asking for the reason and how to unlink the linked Steam Account. However, I have consistently received templated responses.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter
On the "myaccount.ea.com" page, I do not see an option labeled "Connection" with Connected Accounts. Therefore, my question is: How can I remove the link between my Steam account and EA? I do not wish to create a new Steam account because all of my games are associated with this one and also pre-order for new WRC.
- Hey @LiquiTec,
Unfortunately it's not possible to unlink a platform from a banned EA account. In order to unlink your Steam, the ban would first need to be lifted. I can only direct you to our terms of service team so you can raise a dispute, but it sounds like they've already performed all of their investigations and won't be lifting the ban. As such, I'm afraid there won't be a way for you to unlink your Steam.
