@papa_Ning9 If you mean repairing parts you do it after stages when your back in pits. You have a time limit so can only do limited repairs.
If you mean upgrades to building your own car. You can only unlock better parts by competing in rallies that reward specific parts. Engine, brakes, suspension etc etc
