User Set Starting Point in Time Trial for Practice

We all have "that section" of a stage that's driving us crazy. It would be great to be able to pause the sim a little while before that section and click a button that sets a respawn point. Then another button would cause the car to spawn at that point. You can practice the same section over and over again.
