VSync and framerate

Hi!

Currently the game lacks the ability to specify the desired target and/or possibly max FPS, and I genuinely need this setting in any game.
(I'll go out on a limb here and assume that I am by far not the only one)

Usually there are a lot of games (which is really annoying) that assume ONLY setting VSync to on implies "monitor refresh rate" which ISN'T

the equivalent to the MAX supported monitor FPS. And this is usually (at least in my case) due to the fact that I do not wish to waste a whole lot more electrical

energy for a desktop when since it's not necessary, but instead just lock it at 60Hz/FPS.

When actually, the monitor does indeed nowadays supports more and gamers knowing all of this typically will go for probably at least a 100Hz monitor.

So I kindly ask that you to add that into the settings of the game as it is the first thing I set in a game at the very beginning to get the best possible experience so that I may enjoy the beautiful scenerey created in the game. Specifically, PLEASE, make it so that the user can choose his/her own target FPS which the VSync will be aware of and respect the setting, and not just "VSync ON" implying "oh so 60PFS, gotcha", but instead sync all the <user-chosen-target-FPS> frames.

This I believe in the context of the Vulkan GFX API would correspond to either the presentation mode "FIFO" or the much more preferred "Mailbox". (or adaptive VSync as it's called would be the "Relaxed FIFO" presentation mode.
