I wish I could find some as well. I searched through GT Planet https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/board/ea-sports-wrc.471/. This leads to some posts on Reddit, but I find that not very intuitive. I’ve found some YouTube videos just by searching. But it’s surprising that there doesn’t seem to be a guide on where and how to start. I did the Rally school, but it’s not very detailed. I’m just sticking to the time trials to learn slowly without any pressure. I started a career at one point, but gave up and deleted my progress as I realised I needed to be able to control the car better. When compared to Gran Turismo which has a full guide on how to set up a car, and the detail that each track has to teach you how to drive, WRC doesn’t seem to have anything like it. It’s a pity, as WRC is very enjoyable, a great challenge.
