Will this game yearly/annually release?

I wonder should I get the game at the moment sale. I just play 5 hours trial on EA play and I quite enjoy it on career mode. I kinda have a hope that this game will be live service for years. Because there is no number in game title that make me think of many years update in the future.

You do not want a live service rally game as you will need to obtain every season pass + over priced car packs to compete.
