Wishes for WRC

-Reworked driving on asphalt, it still feels weird.

-Do something about the night driving, the tracks glitter like a sequined dress, there are no visible object shadows, headlights only glow in the distance long after ground reflections are already blinding, usually behind a mountain. The entire lighting needs to be reworked.

-Makes the weather dynamic and makes puddles on the track again (Poland in DirtRally 2.0)

-Controls all tracks and removes e.g. grass in the middle of the asphalt (e.g. Monte)

-Possibly switches to a newer version of the UE

-Add it to the list for optimizations at nVidia

-Better tooltips in all menus in all languages, German is really misleading

-Finally complete the CER with Austria and Germany
