aggressive track resets

I'm assuming limiting cuts, adjusting resets, and track boundaries is already on the roadmap pending more racenet analysis runs. That said and just in case it isn't I have had this happen in a few instances where barely off track and even with what I believe are two wheels on track receiving a track reset.

Most notable is my Renault R5 run for the moments in Monte Carlo Moissière I brushed the left side at the end of the run receiving a reset and 5 second penalty. Even if it is appropriate it seems that it should have been one or the other, either a reset for hitting crowd (I didn't see any) or a penalty for a cut, applying both seemed egregious for the circumstance since a reset with no penalty incurs the start from zero penalty.

That said, I don't think this reset or penalty was appropriate, but obviously that may be up for interpretation. Racenet doesn't seem to capture analysis for moments so I'm not sure how to link to the run. I do have video captured of the run if that might be helpful.

This reset seems to still be an issue. Please see the attached video which illustrates the issue.

Towards the finish line on Monte Carlo - Moissière there is a reset bug where I think the intent is to reset based on the crowd. However, the boundary for the reset is rather aggressive and poorly placed. The line looks okay, but clearly isn't according to the game. The experience is rather jarring.

@zendulu Those spectators should know not to reach out at cars by now haha. In all seriousness though, it is jarring considering how close it is
