EA app crashes after I enter moments menu in WRC

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug EA app crashes after I enter moments menu in WRC
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch EA App 2. Launch WRC 3. Go to moments from main menu 4. Alt-tab to see if EA app is still open
What happens when the bug occurs? EA app crashes (shuts down) and error message (pic attached) is displayed. Shift+F1 doesn't open overlay anymore.
What do you expect to see? EA app working normally in the background, Shift+F1 overlay working.

I have the app in polish language but there isn't a polish forum for this game.

It basically says: "Unexpected error, EA App restart should help."

I no longer experience this issue as of 1.4.1 version of the game.
I reinstalled the game before playing today, not sure if it matters.
Closing the bug.

Try the relevant action below depending on your platform:

PlayStation: Boot in Safe Mode, Option 5 Rebuild Database: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/

Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair

Additional PC steps:

Download and install all available Windows Updates

@EA_Barry sadly did not help, is there any chance to approach this issue in a non-generic way?

Dear friends, I've just bought WRC PC but unfortunally the game crashes when I reach the first menu, right after intro. Any help? Thank you
