This happens all the time when AI drivers retire from stages. They then get a result of 00:00:00 for the stage they retired from and thus become the leaders of the event with minutes to spare. I already had it on two events in my career. I finished 1st on all stages and became 6th overall because of the retired AIs. Absolutely game breaking!
