@EA_BarryI have verified my game's files through Steam, but the bug still persists.

Another thing to note, is that this bug appears regardless of if I use the upscaler (Temporal, DLSS and FSR) or not. Also, I limit the game's framerate to 141 fps (I have a 144Hz monitor) using Nvidia Control Panel.
