Blurry visuals with anything but DLSS

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? obvious in car selection screen. Also, just start a rally with trees at the start. look at them, then turn DLSS either on or off. They are blurry with native rendering even at cinematic AA
What happens when the bug occurs? everything looks blurry
What do you expect to see? equal or even better visual quality in native rendering

i run DLSS quality for my frame rates but doing some benchmarking ot understand the impact, i saw a significant visual degradation using anything apart from DLSS.

Native (no upscaling), FSR, Temporal, all gave the same blurry image, and antialiasing (and anisotropipc filtering) made no difference.
