Bug Patch 1.4 - Game crashes at Central European Rally stage Chvalcov

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Product: EA Sports WRC Platform: Steam (PC) Summary: Game crashes in right-hander entering sector two on stage Chvalcov, roughly one minute in. "Two right" and then you rotate the car and it crashes in the initial phase. Wheel rotates max lock and exits game. Occurrence: Every time when running time trial entering said corner. I already have graphics on low and have encountered no issues at any other stages so the graphic driver can handle the settings I use. Expected Outcome: To complete stage. Post Crash: Unreal launcher crash reporter appears. Wheel rotates as far as possible and game quits. Please fix this in the next update, as soon as possible.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the game with a graphic driver a few years old and try Chvalcov in time trial. Enter the second sector and the game will quit on itself.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes with the steering wheel rotating max lock. Offers to send crash report. Has to restart computer since wheel is out of shape.
What do you expect to see? The corner and stage working like everything else. I also second the acute hairpin reset problem in Rally Chile, it also occurred to me when I took the corner with a normal racing line. Also, the livery editor has crashed everytime I've used it from the beginning of the game. Please make it more compatible with a few years old graphic drivers.

  • Bumping the page to report that the same thing happens even when playing with ultra low graphics settings. It's not happening on any other rally than the Central Europe Rally.
