Bug report: Can't publish club when loaded from template

Summarize your bug As it says in the title, when you publish a club after loading from a template (either event or full championship template), you get an error screen saying you cannot connect to racenet. This is despite being connected to racenet fully and having the ability to access all Racenet related items, and publish clubs if not loaded from template.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a club, load a template created in quick play, attempt to publish the club.
What happens when the bug occurs? you get an error screen saying you cannot connect to Racenet
What do you expect to see? Hopefully a bug fix
