After having rolled the car onto its side or roof the reset to track option is not available in the pause menu even though the car is stationary. Then get disqualified for the car being stationary. Was on the road in case that's important.
same issue, game refused to reset me and didnt get an option to reset either
I have no idea, but would probably assume this is a side-effect of the change they made a while back so people flying off a cliff couldn't pause and reset the car to the road before crashing or receiving terminal damage, etc.
Since all the wheels aren't on the ground, maybe the game assume you're in this airborne or off-track state where you are prevented from resetting manually?
Not sure as I haven't played enough to run into this myself, hopefully they can do something about it. Pretty darn ridiculous.
