Can't run the game since 1.9.0 update

No matter what i try to change, the game wont run, shows this alert....

EDIT:

Deleted everything under: steamapps\common\EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Binaries\Win64

Verified files, steam downloaded them again and now it works!
