Can't Save Setup after test driving it

Summarize your bug the Save Setup action in Time Trial garage is missing when setup has been changed, then drive a Time Trial stage, then come back into the garage again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a Time Trial stage. Edit a setup. Notice how the Save Setup action appears. Do NOT save the setup yet - since you're just trying it out to see how it feels, right? Go drive the Time Trial stage. Decide you like your setup changes. Go back into the Garage. Notice how there is no Save Setup action any more, so you can't save the setup you have decided you now like and want to keep.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't save a changed setup, unless I then go change some setting by at least one click to make your current algorithm think there is a difference.
What do you expect to see? The game should remember that this setup is different than what was loaded even over multiple enter/exits of the garage and driving of the stages and show the Save Setup action appropriately.

Saving setups after testing them first is nice to be able to do.
