Career - each event has the exact same stages each year

I agree that it's something that needs to be adressed for the sake of the longevity. And even more the weather, that is also the exact same for one event from a season to another

I thought something was off, as I kept seeing the same stages despite only running 2 stages per event. Not seeing any variety. Even find that some special events run exactly the same stages as the wrc event in a location. I'm only in season 2 and already driven some stages multiple times.

With the way the stages are defined in the game, it's also possible to have a 2 stage rally where you run almost the identical stage twice. In Greece, I ran a relatively long stage (11 minute completion time), then stage 2 was the same stage, but just a little shorter (8 minute completion time).

The stages felt correctly randomised in DR 1&2 so I'm assuming it's just an oversight. Migh park career for now and run some time trials instead.

And why is there always sunny weather and dry roads in career? I had only one rainy event in a whole season. A bug?

Yeah, I noticed that as well, entering season 3, first in wrc 2, long setting and each season had the exact same 9 stages with the exact same weather in exactly the same order.

Agreed. Please fix this issue as it makes all very repetitive. 

Same opinion here, ruins the replay-ability especially when you get past 2-3 seasons. There's no reason why the stages should have the exact same weather conditions and occur in the exact same order as the previous season. Not only this, on the 'Long' length event setting, seeing the exact same stage occur twice, in the same event, just with different weather conditions is very annoying. Now during an event you've done the same event twice but you'll know for sure it'll be the exact same in the next season.  Makes Career very boring, especially alongside the AI problems. This Issue has led me to put the game down until it is fixed, as I am at least 4 seasons in and already burnt out seeing the same every season. No variation.

Unfortunately, this is still occurring, and also in Championships.

Same stages, same weather, season after season. I'm on season 8 atm and it's getting really boring..
