Yeah, I have this too.
30s advantage in my class on a 1 minute split.
winning the stage in a JWRC by 2 minutes over the WRC's, after I'd lost avg a minute in the first stages.
So this still isn't fixed in the new patch? What a shame seems like it shouldn't be to hard to fix, not being able to leave halfway through a long rally is a real bummer
