Club service penalties not being applied

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform: PC (but bug happens on all)
Summarize your bug: In Clubs, if you get a penalty in the service, it is not applied.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go over the service time limit in clubs then finish the next stage.
What happens when the bug occurs? The penalty time is shown, but the stage time is uneffected by the penalty
What do you expect to see? The penalty time get applied at the end of the stage, following a service, when you've gone over the service time.

I've attached a screenshot of a stage where I got the bug, and also a screenshot of the current fastest times for that stage. My stage time should be 3:14.398 if the penalty was applied.
