Clubs Tab not connecting properly

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Clubs tab only showing QR Code to link accounts, even though accounts are linked already.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure if replicatable
What happens when the bug occurs? Clubs tab shows no content
What do you expect to see? Information about clubs I am part of.

The Clubs tab does not show information regarding my club memberships on console. 

My accounts are definitely linked correctly, Racenet shows that I am in clubs however the club tab on console only gives me the QR code to sign up and join clubs instead of feeding the Information to the console.

    On Pc with same issue,

    played without internet for short period now game is loading what seems to be the local save and wont allow me to see the clubs i am in. Have tried restarting game, restarting computer, leaving the clubs and rejoining them. my level is also different to before I played offline although i can participate in online play and time trial

    Mine won't let me switch crossplay back on which I think is the main reason this is happening.

    Physically greyed out to "off" amd when I contacted support was told it would be past kn and I'd receive an email - but no timescalenasmnfko
