Control bindings not saving

Product: EA SPORTS™ WRC
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Non standard steering wheel button bindings and calibration (saturation / deadzone) are not remembered.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Rebind your controls, quit, restart, check controls.
What happens when the bug occurs? My controls are not how i want them and i have to re-bind them every time
What do you expect to see? Settings are remembered for next time

I have t300 on pc with the 599xx rim. I have a handbrake that acts on the r3 button. I have to re- bind this every time i start the game, as well as adjust the saturation and deadzone on my clutch. However the game does remember that i have a 599xx rim.

It would also be nice to have 2 or 3 profiles to save/load as sometimes i want to use my wheel with paddle shifters, sometimes i want to use my plain wheel to use with h shifter and i don't want to have to re-bind the controls each time i swap.

Lastly, what's the difference between unbind, and unbind action?

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plug a usb handbrake or sequential shifter in calibrate it close the game then reload
    What happens when the bug occurs? There uncalibrated
    What do you expect to see? It save the calibration like in dirt 2.0

    I have the same problem with Fanatec Clubsport shifter. Needs recalibrating every time I load the game. Needs recalibrating at the start of a stage. Seems to hold calibration if I change stages from this point.

    just to confirm, this is still an issue post 1.3 update. 

    the only difference is now we get a message every tine saying you lost your previous settings, re-bind them. But it still forgets them every time. 

    at least it acknowledges it's forgot them i guess... haha

    Same here on Xbox Series S, Patch 1.4. Every new Gamestart my Wheelsetting is lost.

    Fanatex Elite LC Pedals with Clutch

    Fanatec Shifter and Handbrake.

    I have this same problem. 

    I too have T300 with 599XX rim. 

    Platform is PC+Steam. 

    I have to bind buttons after every game restart since the game resets them. I bind wipers and headlights to my paddleshifters.

    I'm using TH8A & T-LCM and Arduino handbreak.

    it seems to have fixed itself, when i changed wheel rim, i loaded a new profile to get the different buttons display, and it now saved my bindings and calibrations!

    Maybe you need to re-load your wheel profile and it will then reset the error and allow the bindings save.

    It would still be nice to be able to save several profiles so when you change wheel, you don't need to re-bind everything each time. but at least, i don't need to do it every time i open the game anymore.
