They are meant to be disabled, look at the objectives.

I didn't noticed the copilot is disabled on the objectives, In french, the objectives descritpion do not mentioned it.

Maybe the title of this should be changed to represent what is the actual issue here, for example:
French localization doesn't mention disabled copilot on moments where it is disabled.
Now it can be seen as "not a bug"
