Crash to desktop at particular section in Oceania

Summarize your bug Every time I approach a particular section of road from either direction (I've attached a picture below, its approximately the red section which appears on Waiwera, Tahekeroa, Noakes Hill and Orewa in Oceania) the game crashes to desktop with no error message or events in windows logs.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drive one of these stages. I first found it on Waiwara, exactly 7.8 Km in according to simhub. In the previous CER version of this, people could sense a hiccup even if they didn't get a crash
What happens when the bug occurs? The game stutters hard once, then crashes. My wheel locks up and needs to be restarted, and I get no error messages or windows logs errors or events
What do you expect to see? No crashes

This feels exactly like an issue I had previously with a particular corner in CER. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Game-crashes-with-UE-error-at-same-spot-in-stage/m-p/13495016/highlight/true#M3963

I solved this by turning off FSR, but in this case I'm not using FSR and turning off upscaling entirety also didn't solve it. The CER issue displayed a UE error message but otherwise was the same. 

I am fairly certain this is a new bug that came with new patch, as I've driven these stages before 1.7 with no trouble. I won't be able to test until later but I believe forcing directx 11 will stop the crash, but severely degrade performance (this worked on the CER errors last time, if I remember correctly)
