Difficulty bug in career mode

Summarize your bug After relaunching the game in the middle of a stage or at the start, the drivers drive like rookies.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to start the career mode and start the WRC championship round, complete a few stages, and quit the game, but quit it not in the service park but either in the middle of the stage or before the stage starts. Then go back; the first stage will be the same, but the next ones will be like playing against rookies.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bassicly, when you relaunch the game (which could be after some time before your last exit; I have not tested) and when you go back into careeer mode, the stage starts, and when you finish the first stage, the next ones are like playing against absolute rookies, it feels like your difficulty levels are reset or something. I play with max difficulty, and it's a little challenging sometimes, but after relaunching the game, for every checkpoint, I have like a -40s difference, and it's boring. And for the next rally everything is back to normal, its only for that specific rally that you start. And no, changeing the difficulty level does not help.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see a fix to this pretty soon, because I usually don't have the time to finish the whole rally at one time.
