Hey everyone,
If you're having trouble with the software you're using, please ensure that the software isn't running on your PC before you start the game. Also, try connecting your controller directly to the USB port and running the game without using any extra software.

I was just planning to buy FC 25 and now EA AC is just blocking it!
Please whitelist the ds4windows app or introduce some configuration for play station controller os that we can play with ds4. - @EA_Pulsar
So, EA allows cheaters to ruin the game with no-loss glitches and invisible players, but disallows playing the game with a DS4 or any other type of gamepad apart from Xbox ones? Does it make any sense? This is messed up ..we paid all that money for this freaking game so it needs to freaking work with any freaking controller we damn well please.
