@Bakiron It is confirmed by PJ of Codemasters in the official EA Sports WRC Discord server.

Unfortunately, this platform limitation had earned a lots of dislikes from some server members.

If you have the Steam version of the game, the EA Play subscription must be from Steam instead of other digital storefronts like Xbox Game Pass.
