Thought I should officially document the ones I've found in Japan so far:

Country: Japan

Stage: Oninotaira

I felt the third one could probably be bigger (cutting out the second barrier) but haven't had time to fully test it. Fifth one is obviously the most egregious but you're probably already aware of that one. Have gifs of all of these if that helps any.
