@t-v-lanen Same here. No problem before the 2.1.6 upgrade now this screen (in English) and can't get the game back. Same screen repeatedly comes up.
The only way I could fix it was disconnect all USB's from the sim rig to PC, boot into the game and then re-plug USB's.

@BundyBro77 Tried your usb method now and this got me in the game again. But really, Come on EA fix your anti cheat and game issues, this is nonsense

Only one of my USB inputs is causing the problem. By removing all USB's and plugging in one by one I got it down to a Chinese manufactured 2 x 100w amplifier I use as an under seat butt kicker in USB mode (not Bluetooth. Causes delays). Now I just turn that amp off at the switch next to the seat until WRC boots, then turn it on for game play. Still a pretty crappy solution but it's easier than unplugging USB cables.

The USB port is also the problem for me.
I have a NAS-Server connected via the USB port.EA should address the problem and provide a patch!
