Only one of my USB inputs is causing the problem. By removing all USB's and plugging in one by one I got it down to a Chinese manufactured 2 x 100w amplifier I use as an under seat butt kicker in USB mode (not Bluetooth. Causes delays). Now I just turn that amp off at the switch next to the seat until WRC boots, then turn it on for game play. Still a pretty crappy solution but it's easier than unplugging USB cables.
@BundyBro77 Well I think you are on to something here then, atleast for our problem, as I happen to be using a Chinese bass amp to for my bass shakers too

The USB port is also the problem for me.
I have a NAS-Server connected via the USB port.EA should address the problem and provide a patch!
