EA WRC Will not Launch

EAWRC will no longer launch: EAWRC crashed to desktop mid club and will not relaunch. Verifying file integrity did not resolve the issue. A system reboot did not resolve the issue. An uninstall and reinstall did not resolve the issue. Purchased via Steam.
