Fanatec ClubSport v3 bug
I have Fanatec ClubSport v3 pedals, and they are connected to the computer via USB. When I unplugged the USB cable, the FPS increased by 15-20.

You can fix this issue by connecting the pedals directly to the Fanatec base with RJ cable. That's what I did, and the pedal vibrations started working after that as well.
@jiivee70 I tried and that's not working for me.
And I just tried this method and the game is working properly finally!!
No stutters and the most noticeable thing is the fps raising from 80 to a minimum of 160, with peaks of 200, ultra low settings with some tweaking, 5800x3d and 3070ti!

Same, but the occasional stutters are more noticable on high fps, this glass still half full half empty.
