I have PS5 and Fanatec DD Pro with Gran Turismo wheel. Every time when i turn the wheel, doesn’t matter if want to calibrate or drive the message pop up - device is disconnected.
Other games like GT7, Asetto Corsa or Dirt 2.0 working with no problem.
Make patch fast please, because playing on dualshock is not what i was looking for.Best regards.
- @dubduboli13 Please tell me what system you are using that particular Fanatec on, I might have a fix for you if it's on Playstatio .
- @dubduboli13 Try changing which playstation mode you're in. I had this issue with Project Cars 2. Same setup, on PS5. There is the Purple light that is I think PS4/PS5 and then the blue light which I think is just PS5 (might be vice versa). Regardless, whichever version you're using, try using the other one. I use the Blue version on PS5 and do not have the detection issues.

I have the same problem with my Fanatec GT DD Pro on my PS5, the device connects/disconnects every second. The wheel works flawlessly in other games and when I press the Ps button, the controls work in the PS UI interface, but not in WRC. Firmware is updated to current version for all components.
Same bug for me i can’t use my gt dd pro on ps5 With this game. Buttons are not recognized. When I use my dualsense to go in option menu. I see my wheel base and wheel (gt ddpro and elite steering wheel wrc) in twice. I CAN’T CHOOSE THEM . IT S terrible. my other games works very Well.

No, I have given up, the issue is still there with the newest patch. 😩
