Fanatec handbrake ps5 not working bug,

Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Fanatec handbrake not working. Everything updated and using on Fanatec DD pro. I can not bind the handbrake because when I pull it in the menu when binding or in game, the “warning, input device changed” message appears. This causes the ffb of the wheel to stip working. When you restart the game the ffb works again. Since I can not bind the handbrake I can also not change deadzone settings for it. This bug seems to be common as some forums and youtube posts confirm the same. Handbrake works fine in Dirt 2 and in Pc. Olease fix.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect handbrake to dd pro. Pull it. Instantly triggers warning window and ffb switches off. Reset game for ffb to work again.
What happens when the bug occurs? Warning window pops up that device has changed. Ffb switches off but wheel still steers and pedals work.
What do you expect to see? I expect the handbrake to be bound instead of circle button, to work in game, to be able to callibrate saturation and deadzone.

    I haven't tried the game for sometime by now, but has this problem being solved by now? Till now, EA's WRC is a BIG disappointment when it comes down to Fanatec DD pro support for the PS5... And to know that FANATEC is a official sponsor makes it very ironic - to say the least.

    EDIT: Tried the 1.4 patch for PS5 this sunday and (AGAIN) can confirm that the handbrake problem is still NOT SOLVED.

    When I try to bind the Fanatec handbrake; when I pull the handbrake in the bind-menu, I still get the message 'Warning, input device changed'. So I'm unable to bind/use the handbrake at all. Also; after this message, the FFB of my wheel stops working. I have to quit the game and restart it to be able to get the FFB working on my Fanatec GT DD Pro wheel again.

    How did you guys ever check the wheel support for this game? I don't get this; Fanatec is a sponsor and their equipement is NOT working properly? Good advertisement/promotion.

    When will this be fiixed? I purshased the game from release and can't drive a decent race with it since then. I have NO problems with other games like GT7, Dirt Rally 2, WRC titles from Milestone (9, 10 and 11 - Generations), or even The Crew Motorfest; Fanatec handbrake works perfectly in there.

    Again; I had been looking forward to the new EA/Codemasters WRC title for a long time, but I must honestly say that it turned out to be a huge disappointment and I now regret my preorder purchase.

    I therefore wonder whether you are still going to solve this problem, as I find it incomprehensible that after releasing 4 patches, you still appear to be unable to do this.
