FFB disabled on input device change or rest mode

Same. It happens  once, then repeats with smaller and smaller intervals until I can't even play. Once it happens, the force feedback goes. It used to be as good at GT7 when WRC first came out, though. At least EA's fixed the terrible screen tearing.
