FFB not working after patch. Needs wheel restart.

I've found the Moza wheel I'm using (R9) has no FFB at all after the latest major patch. All the wheel buttons are working fine and no amount of settings fiddling will work. I've got my wheel software up to date.

Once in game I can power the wheel off then back up, which gets the FFB going again, so it's only a minor annoyance.

Bumping this, still an issue after 1.9. If it helps at all, the power off/on cycle needs to happen while I'm actually in control of the car, as in at the start line able to press the accelerator and make inputs to fix it for the session. If I power off while the cameras just panning around while its waiting on me to press 'next' to start the stage, then it won't fix it.
