FINALLY! I fixed my stutter problem!

FINALLY! I fixed my stutter problem!
TLDR:
On stage begins, goto settings, turn off vsync, hit escape, then turn vsync on. Voila!
Unfortunately, you have to do this at the beginning of each stage.
Details:
My PC: i5-12400f, RTX-4060Ti, 32GB-RAM, 1080p@60Hz, NVMe M.2 SSD, Nvidia driver 537.58, Win 10, PDP controller.
I've been having micro stutter & fps drop problems since I pre-ordered this game. Thanks to heavy motion sickness and I guess my eyes are too sensitive so I can't play any games with tearing and micro stutter. So v-sync on is a MUST for me.
For months, I spent my time browsing the web for solutions and tinkering with the settings as each patch came out. I couldn't even finish any stage to the end.
I tried all the settings in various combinations that could cause these problems. Fullscreen-borderless, DLSS-TAA, low-ultra reflections, crowds, trees, 3 different driver, etc, etc...
Finally I got lucky and found this:
- When stage loads and before co-driver count down, hit escape.
- Go for basic graphics setting.
- Turn off v-sync.
- Hit escape.
- Go for basic graphics setting again.
- Turn on v-sync.
- Finally micro stutters, drops, all unplayable problems are gone!
NOTE THAT:
Unfortunately, you have to do this at the beginning of each stage. And I can change any of my settings freely to ultra, DLSS, etc.
