Flapping hood animation remains after a restart

Today I've come across this bug twice during career, once with the WRC1 Yaris, later with the H3 Stratos:

After a Service where car body was fully repaired, I entered a special stage where I had an accident, causing heavy damage that triggered the flapping hood animation. After this happened, doing a restart while on the stage (tried multiple times) didn't restore the car exactly to the initial condition, so the hood was still flapping even if the car was back to the start of the stage without heavy body damage.

    Same on PS5. Career - JWRC Greece. Repaired the car, started the stage, had an accident and restarted. Once I was back at the start and drove off, it was as if the bonnet pins were undone.

    Thanks for confirming. When I mentioned the Stratos, it wasn't just the default slight hood vibration, but occasionally going up some 10-15cm as after an accident.

    I even tried to cause another accident to completely lose the hood, to see if the animation would then reset after restarting again, but it always kept flapping after a restart.
