Try updating or reinstalling your video drivers.
Try also the relevant action below depending on your platform:
- PlayStation: Boot in Safe Mode, Option 5 Rebuild Database: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/safe-mode-playstation/
- Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
- EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair
Thanks.
- @EA_Barry So…do we have to start the console everytime in safe mode to play this game?? Jajajaja. Maybe try to solve it as is the first time I see this mess on a racing game. Maybe we need more time from your side to polish the game since it was announced in 2020…unbelievable
- @EA_Barry Don't give me this canned nonsense Barry. Have you EVER seen this resolve an issue? Do you really think I'd go to the effort of making an account to complain on this forum if I hadn't already checked those things? My drivers are all up to date and verifying integrity changes nothing, so I'm afraid you'll need to acknowledge this one exists and actually look into it.
- @UncleScunge I have the same issue with 7900xtx. AMD are aware, check under known issues for driver 23.11.1. Hopefully they release a new driver soon.

Same issue on 7800 xt
