Force Shift not recognised with Logitech G923

Summarize your bug The force shifter isn't recognised. Sometimes it will randomly work when I load the game, and it will work for a few days. However if I turn off my xbox without closing the game it will revert to not being recognised and will stay like that for days to weeks until it randomly is recognised again and will work for a few days. The shifter works fine with other games and DR2 So this is a bug within the game! Please fix! It's been like this since launch and is very frustrating. Logitech G923, force shifter, xbox. Many other people having this issue!
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plug the force shifter into the g923 on xbox. It will not work. If it does, turn the xbox off and back on without closing the game. And it won't work.
What happens when the bug occurs? Shifter not recognised. Binding does not work.
What do you expect to see? This issue fixed!
