Game crashes when clicking "Continue Career"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After entering career mode using CAREER > CONTINUE clicking in any of the following options crashes the game - CALENDAR - GARAGE - CAREER STATS > CAREER STATS All the other options in this screen don't crash the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Games crash showing the Unreal Engine 4 Crash Reporter window with the following message: LoginId:4e50fba64ff988d234265f9c43e29e7a EpicAccountId:3c308f35e5f54427a4e12674190d1c0f Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000 WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC WRC kernel32 ntdll
What do you expect to see? game continue without any crash

I've seen many reports on career mode, but I believe mine is a bit different. I can enter career mode, but can't click in some of the options that would lead to continuing the game
