Largely unimpressed with this. If this was a physical product that completely stopped working 1.5 months after purchase, I'd be able to take it back for a refund (or replacement with a working version...). Can anyone explain why this is different with a piece of downloaded software?
For a physical product, I would expect to have been offered a refund by now.

@NoisyGriff Because when buying a digital copy. You’re not buying it from your country of origin. Wherever your payment goes you can bet it’s a country that has little to no consumer protections. Or very favourable to co-operations..
For instance I’m in UK. If I buy something on the internet outside UK. And I want refund. I’m not going to be able to get UK trading standards to do anything as they have no power there.
