I just learned mid-january, this is unacceptable EA. you rebranded the game to hide behind another publisher because of all the EA issues (notably FIFA) and it caught up to u. do affected customers get compensation like a free DLC or are you going to start refunding everyone?
@oufchyou As it’s a hotfix and not a scheduled update. They will be releasing it as soon as it’s fixed and I’m betting it will be before mid January. How before 🤷🏻♂️ Codemasters rarely announce dates or any information unless they are confident it won’t be later.

@EA_Groguet Any news on the progress of the correction ?@Nener141Yeah. Under normal circumstances anyway. But just before Christmas there was some or alot of redundancies made at Codemasters. Some Gaming news channels reported that it was mostly the QA department. If that’s accurate it would explain why it’s taking so long. As always these decisions don’t get made by development teams. as much as I want the issues with the game fixed now. I do empathise with Codies devs and more so those that lost their jobs.
That's terrible news if true, for a number of reasons. Obviously bad for the people that got let go but how could this possibly be a good idea when QA is what they were evidently short on already?
Very much regretting paying £50 for this when its on sale already and I haven't played it once since 1.40. a whole month later and not a word of an update.
