game doesn't load

hello, it's a couple of days that game doesn't load i get stuck in the home page, i re-downloaded the game but it didn't work, i'm on xbox

Try deleting the personal saved data for WRC. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

Press the Guide button and then highlight the WRC tile

Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it

Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

Also, if that doesn't help, delete the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings

Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"

Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Hi there. Try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. Also, hold down the power button on your Xbox until it turns off. Then, turn everything back on and try again. Also, if the game is in the Quick Resume menu, try removing it. Highlight WRC and hit the Menu button on your controller. You should see an option to remove the game from Quick Resume.

i did it, i deleted the saved game, i reset the console but nothing. after loaded the easport profile the game get stuck in that screen

i deleted the saved data also from the cloud and now it seems ok
