Graphics Bug on Xbox series X

I haven’t played the game in a couple of weeks but started a new season in career mode yesterday and on every track so far (Monte Carlo, Sweden, Mexico) the vegetation at the side of the track appears to be floating and then appears in the top of the screen as you pass it. 

it is making the game almost unplayable at times when you are passing through heavily forested areas.
